Sluice gatesIN.TE.SE. Costruzioni d’acciaio Srl is able to design, construct and install sluice gates that are sealed on three and four sides, rolling sluice gates, flap gates; made of carbon steel and/or of AISI 304 or AISI 316L steel. The gates can be operated manually, with an electric actuator, with hydraulic cylinders and are equipped with a PLC logic system.
Flood gatesThe company IN.TE.SE. Costruzioni d’acciaio Srl is able to design, construct and install flood gates, also known as swing gates, that are suitable for the automatic regulation of the flowrate of water courses. They are normally operated by hydraulic cylinders that are interfaced via a PLC logic system with tide detectors so that they open and close automatically.
Screen cleanersThe company IN.TE.SE. Costruzioni d’acciaio Srl is able to design, construct and install automatic mechanical screen cleaners to remove debris that has accumulated at the entrance to loading tanks of forced conduits in hydroelectric power stations and purification plants. The cleaner is generally operated by hydraulic cylinders.
BuffersThe company IN.TE.SE. Costruzioni d’acciaio Srl is able to design, construct and install buffers that have the function of intercepting and/or deviating a flow of water into a channel or basin. The buffers are inserted in sluice gate guides and provided with seals on three sides. They are positioned by means of an automatic floating boom that is driven by a suitable crane. The buffer usually consists of several elements that are superimposed to reach the desired level.
